Our three Kidney Treatment Centers in West, Northwest, and East San Antonio offer a variety of services to patients with End Stage Renal Disease. These include hemodialysis, as well as nutritional and social services support.
Dialysis is the process of removing waste products and excess fluid from the body when the kidneys are not able to adequately filter the blood. To ensure that our patients receive optimal care, our team of professionals includes registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, certified hemodialysis technicians, social workers and a registered dietitian.
Our Centers are under the direction of Dr. Bruce A. Brockway, a board certified nephrologist. The primary purpose of the clinic is the treatment of patients with kidney-related disease such as chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and many other conditions. In addition, Dr. Brockway conducts monthly patient care conferences with the dialysis team to review all aspects of patient care for every patient. As a result, our patients experience some of the best outcomes in the city. Our goal is to not only to treat our patients for their kidney disease but to address all aspects of their healthcare and thereby improve their quality of life.
Our facilities are accepting new patients as well as traveling or transient patients. Please contact a social worker if you are interested in starting or transferring to one of our clinics.
